NSX @ subaru daze event

I was watching Super Tuner TV today and they had a clip from a Subura Daze event. They showed a bunch of cars and one was a silver NSX. It had black stripes near the front. I didn't recognize it as anyone here. Anybody know this person??

I missed the broadcast of today's show, but I'll check it on my TiVo. The car doesn't sound familiar.
