    Question 6 speed question

Hello all, Will a 6 speed from a right hand drive NSX bolt in and work properly with a US 91 model car? I am aware that the Comptech kit would be needed for the changeover. Thanks for any help.

There is one car I know of in the U.S. that has transplanted a Japanese Type-S 6 speed tranny into a 1992 5 speed. So, I guess it could be done.

    Jason,
The gearshift location should be exactly in the same location for both the right-hand and left-hand vehicles. The shift pattern is the same and I would be hard pressed to imagine transmission differences between the right and left hand drives. Perhaps you can ask Mark Basch this week.
