Time to buy my NSX!!

I'm offering my boat in partial trade for an NSX.

Boat details:
The boat is a 1996 Donzi Classic 18. It has the 300 horsepower fuel-injected 350 MAG MPI with the Bravo I drive. 70MPH boat. It really is a thrilling and immaculate boat, but I'm more interested in an NSX, because at this point in my life, I think I'd be able to use and enjoy the car more.

Potential trade details:
I'm looking for a '91 or '92 NSX. Color not an issue, but prefer red or black. Must be a manual trans. Something in the mid-$20K range that's in decent shape. Not so concerned about mileage, more concerned about maintenance.
