Sorry, I forgot one question
Do you know the weight of the original NSX-rear spoiler/wing.
I read your NSX-R replica weighs only 1.8 kg.
Same question BTW for the original NSX NA1-hood.

No dyno until now.
The NSX-R engine is brandnew and need some more kilometers.

The OEM NSX rear spoiler weight is ~5.5 kg,
the european Procar NSX-R spoiler replica ~ 2.0 kg.
The lightest NSX-R spoiler we ever produced was 1.6 kg,
the export version is ~ 2.5 kg.

The weight of the OEM NA1 hood is ~ 8.0 kg,
the Procar cf hood replica is ~ 4.0 kg.

You mention you have the NSX-R brake-kit.
Which would mean you are also using the larger disks as well.
Did/does the kit come with the larger brackets for the calipers or did you have to get them separately ?

Yes, I use the complete Type R brake kit.....means all.
The larger brackets were a separate order.

One of my next projects is the production of the PROCAR conversion kit.
The larger OEM sized rotors (298/303mm) can be used with the rest of the 'old' system.

The rotors are standard, but slotted, no lightweights.

Not sure if its simular to other versions.
The Procar brackets will be complete new designed brackets not only an adapter system with too much screws.
DaliRacing will sale them next few months.

Would you produce the brackets just in the sizes for the 1997+ rotors or will you be offering brackets for different sizes of disks as well?

You know that the cf parts production is my world.

But good brakes and suspension performance are necessary too.
The TEIN RE kit with the new PROCAR 60mm ERS spring system (some more lbs of weightreducing with a real good Type R setup) is developed.
I dont plan to sale these kits, but here are 2 pictures.
I think its another step into the right direction.

NSX-R OEM suspension: 28.4 kg (62.7 lbs)
TEIN RE standard suspension: 15.6 kg (34.4 lbs)
TEIN RE with Procar spring conversion kit: 11.4 kg (25.1 lbs)

I will produce the rear diffusor (2002) from the actual Type R.
No urethane, carbonfiber.

The diffusor from the show car is very nice, sure.
My information is that Honda dont produced that part, because they have had much problems to lead away the head from the exhaust side.
The air under the rear fenders go too hot, the tires loosed grip as expected.
There are only 2 parts existing, 1 at the show and one at a test car.

Second is that this diffusor would cost as much as the OEM hood.
(~ 10.000 USD)
