I get a similar sound on cold mornings. Showed up after my last spring / shock change. I did replace the spring "sound deadiners" so I am not sure what causes this creeking sound. Just wanted to let you know I have this from time to time during the cold.

I brought my car last night to NSX modifed and have Larry check on it he said it was the brake, the spring\creeking sound is coming from the brake pad's metal sensor which means it's time for replacement.
Nick.. you might want to check your brakes too

I do my own brake work and my pads have plenty left. The sound I get is a spring sound when backing off my driveway in the winter and it goes away during driving. I have heard the brake wear indicator and it is a very different sound IMO. More of a constant squeeling.
