What Year Did OBD II Start on the NSX??

I have a 1995 NSX Targa. Do I have OBD I or OBD II? If i have OBD I had do i check for errors codes. On my other cars, I just use the OBD II Scanner?

While not mandated by EPA until 1996, 1995 NSXs are fully OBD-2 compliant.

The ECU codes (and references to page numbers for the diagnostic procedures for each one) can be found in the Fuel section of the manual. I don't know why that section, but that's where they are.
