Fully agree!!
It would be so nice if all of the NSXprime members would just list where they are from on their sig. I like to know...who knows, we could be neighbors and not know it.

Just an NSX fan...too poor to own, but never too poor to appreciate.

Do you mean in their sig (signature, the lines that appear below every post) or in their profile (so that it shows up below their username and avatar, next to every post)? The profile is where most people put it, and where most people look for it, too - so I would think that is a better place to put it.Originally Posted by chumch
The user profile has a field that is specifically designed to enter your location, so I would think that is a better place to put it. To enter yours, click on User CP in the red bar near the top of your screen, then click on Edit Profile in the left column, then scroll down to where it says Location and enter it there.

Incidentally, getting back to the original point - making the location known - there have been plenty of times where someone has had a technical problem of some sort, or needed a pre-purchase inspection, where I would have been happy to recommend a local, NSX-experienced shop (or owner) to them, except that the person posting didn't have the location shown on the post. Omitting it can make it tougher to help people out with advice...

Ken,
The profile is what I meant.

I agree. I wish people would update their location to put a city/state or state name there. Maybe someone can post a sticky on this or as new people post, we can encourage people to put their location under there avatar so we will be better off answering their questions, if they are close by, etc..
Here is mine !!!
Joe,
Glad you found the site...Take a look around, there's so much here to see.

I agree. It almost seems secretive when I see that there is no location in a person's profile.
