last i heard they were talking about turbo something but i didn't think honda would be doing turbo?..also i heard 4.0L 500hp

The 2006 NSX is going to have 7.5L 760hp NA, and 980hp super-charged.

It's going to have a tear drop shape, carbon fiber composite, and have kinetic energy converters in the rear wheels.

I've already put down my deposit, and can't wait to get the stealthy black model.

I have the deposit down on the first 06 to reach the US, I will be putting my place on line for sale on E-Bay in one week, the auction will be to receive the right to buy the first 06 to reach the shore, not the purchase (MSRP) of the car. It will have an asbestos front clip to deal with the intense heat from the wind resistance. That clip will be held on with genuine saskatchewan sealskin bindings!!!!! Very pricey!!!

My inside sources say yes. Unfortunately, you can imagine the kind of hit in depreciation the current NSXs will take once the monster is unleashed.

That is why I am glad that Honda is keeping this hush hush, so we can sell our NSXs before the public finds out about the specs for the new model. My deposit is contingent on my selling my current NSX at retail blue book value.

I thought it was 1.21 gigawatts? That's what it's going to need in order to stay competitive. Or are you referring to the DX model? In that case, yes it will be 1.2 gigawatts.

I have it on good authority (Inside information...) that the new NSX is being designed around the latest Join Strike Fighter just as the current NSX is based on the F16 fighter jet!

It will come into service in 2008 alongside the JSF and will feature a very angular body reflecting 'Stealth" technology and the NSX-R bonnet scoop will be re-designed to convert from air extraction to a suplemental intake for verticle thrust vectoring....

Gruppe M is doing the R&D for the exhaust for the mid mounted electric motor.

While BOSE once again will be doing the sound system ensuring that the 1.2GigaWatt electric motor sounds like the current V10 at 18,000 rpm
