Some guy in chicago invented a device that is added to beer taps so that the beer can be poured faster and does not get a ton of foam like the beer in the picture. Its called a Turbo tap and it pours a beer in three seconds. They started using it a US Cellular Field (wht sox) and people were excited because it made the lines so much shorter and fast moving. That dude is going to make bank with that patent. The news said that they being used in several chicago area bars.
