Option terminals c910-c913...HELP!
I've got the big book. I've seen the diagrams. I've read everything I can find about these...but I can't get any power out of any of them at any time. It's making me (and my wife) crazy. She wants me to ask a neighbor...don't really like him, don't want him digging around in my car, and hate the idea that he may figure it out before me.
So I appeal to you all. I'm stuck. Any suggestions?
Thanks

On the drivers side footwell there's a fuse box (above the "eternal sportsmind for you" business) and at the top of that box are 4 terminals for accessories. Sounds great...I just don't seem to be getting any power to any of them...can't figure out why.

Re: Option terminals c910-c913...HELP!
They are all powered independently
From rear to front
C910 - live when parking light switch on
C911 - live when ignition on
C912 - Constant Battery power - but ..... requires fuse in engine fuse-box to enable
C913 - live when ACC switch position on ignition
Pick the one you want for your device to be energized under the given condition (Constant, Acc, Ign or Lights)
Diagram of the dash fuse panel with ID for each terminal
Location of the required fuse to enable the constant battery power terminal

YEAH BABY!
I monkey'd and futzed and jimmied and it's done.
The problem was in grounding the connection. There are some conviently placed screws...didn't work. Then there's a 10mm bolt just south of the fuse box...didn't work AT FIRST. I cranked on the bolt (mostly out of frustration...you should see what I do in the O.R.) and voila...POWER to the valentine! It made that deep chortly braap noise and I smiled.
Thanks D'ecosse. Hopefully if someone has trouble in the future he can reference this thread.
