Dali Racing Seat

Gang,
I just wanted to let you know of a very positive experience I had with Dali. I've seen posts where others have not been so happy, so I thought I'd pass along that I was impressed with them on my first order.

I purchased one of their seat lowering cushions. Within hours of receiving payment, they sent me an email to let me know they were out of stock and what my options were. I changed my order on the fly and they shipped it out overnight at no additional charge to me. Considering I'm in OH and would have had to wait a week on ground shipment, I thought that was really cool.

Oh well, just my $.02,

i too have had good experiences with them... i've placed separate orders over the past month for the following

trunk struts
engine hatch struts
window fixit thingies

and all 3 orders have arrived within days.

Better jump on the bandwagon too. I recently purchased a master and slave cylinder for clutch. Service, price and communication with Dali was excellent.

I was very skeptical about ordering from Dali after surfing around Prime...there's some nasty stuff on here about him.

But I decided to take a chance and I've never been happier.

I now know Mark personally and he has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. He has taken time out to help me and hook me up countless times and I trust him implicitly.

Since we're on the subject, I've been satisfied with both of my purchases from MJ in the last six months. Email response was quick and product arrived as advertised.

I've ordered a ton of crap from Dali. Never had a problem...in fact, I'm amazed on how quick it shows up.

I would say I check Dali before I check anywhere else. (with SOS being a close 2nd of course)

Every purchase I made from Dali has been exceptional. I've always received my items faster than expected and the quality and price couldn't be beat.

I've ordered from Dali about 5 times over a period of about 3 years and each time was an excellent experience (right on par with SOS). One thing I have noticed as of late is that the complaints have dropped off and the compliments have increased. I think MJ has turned things around and is starting to build a reliable reputation.
