between the tranny and the block, by the oil pan!

I can't remember exactly, but I believe it connects the tranny and the block, on the rear side of the engine.

Looks like the engine to transmission brace.

Incase you need the extra info ..... 14mm bolt sideways into the Transmission and 12mm bolt up into the block.

It is on the passenger side, it runs from the right side of transmission case at 90 degrees to the centerline of the car. It is forward of and parallel to the propeller/drive shaft exiting the right side of the transmission. Look near the rear of the oil pan vertical hole bolts to the block near the motor mount, horizontal bolt goes to the transmission.
