Im wondering if anybody has any suggestions on a good head unit for me to buy to replace the stock one? Right now my speakers are powered by a separate amp which is in the footwell and I would like to get a head unit that could power the speakers without the use of the amp so that I could put my powered subwoofer in the footwell. I also need it to have a port where I can plug my mp3 player into it. Im hoping I can find something that meets my needs for under $300. Those are basically my only requirements. I am totally clueless when it comes to stereo equipment so I am hoping someone can help me make a good decision. Thanks in advance.
Alpine or Pioneer, IMO make the best head-units out there.
