Yes, the shocks, springs and sways will all "fit." A fresh 91 coupe suspension is a little firmer than the 04 T suspension however, as is the case with all T models.

If you are thinking of replacing old 91 shocks my suggestion is Bilstein before a new OEM shock. Just re-use the 91 springs. For a sway bar upgrade, I'd go with either the 91-94 coupe bars or the Dali Street bar.

If the reason you're asking is because you are getting someone's 04 suspension virtually for free I would tell you that you probably won't feel all that much difference even though your 91 shocks are probably worn. Before spending $$ for installation I would consider the outcome.

Thanks for the advise - I was actually going to pay for used 04 suspensions and sway bars - $600 - now my question is, will the Bilstein shocks be firmer than my original 91 - because I would not like it if it is any firmer

    Thanks

Bilstein shocks are the best of all worlds--they are crisper, more responsive but not measureably stiffer than OEM. This is due in part to the Bilsteins having "progressive" properties. IOW, on normal highway-type driving the shocks have more "give." During more aggressive driving, the shocks firm up a bit when you need it.

OEM springs are not progressive rate. For a true progressive, nicely balanced aggressive suspension I went w/ the Bilsteins and the Dali progressive rate springs. FYI--the Dali springs are about 2x as stiff as OEM, but during normal driving the entire setup actually feels more comfortable than my worn-out 91 shocks and OEM springs did. Amazing actually.

    Check it out: http://daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog...cfm?focus=1394

I went w/ the Type-R sway, but as I said your existing sways are fine.
