Will a 2005 Climate Control Unit work in a 1991?

Does anyone know for certain if a '05 ccu unit (head and computer) will work in a 1991 ? I know they look pretty much the same aside from the knobs being silver but would like to hear from someone that knows this will work with 100% certainty.

edit: I found out the computer will work as the part numbers are the same for 1991 and a 2005. My guess is the headunit should be interchangeable as well but Im still not 100% certain on this.

I don't know man... the color of the switches are different... It's not going to match your interior.

Do you mean the knobs? if so, it will match. The knobs on my oem radio are silver/grey. Or were you referring to something else?
