I can not say enough about the Moen products. They do stand by their slogan. I had a focet handle that broke off from my kitchen sink early this year, they replaced the part for free. That was probably their fault.
Then this past week, my kids pulled off the sliding bar that holds the shower head. they did not just replace the bracket, but the entire bar as well.
I am very impressed by the company's policy.
