I have enjoyed two transactions with Hrant. I bought a car cover as well as the work mat that he sells and had excellent experiences on both purchases.

To be honest, there was a slight mistake in one of my orders but I thought it was no big deal. Hrant went above and beyond by sending me the correct item that I ordered and insisting that I keep the original, incorrect item.

That's customer service to me. We all make mistakes, it's how we deal with them that differentiates us. I'd recommend Hrant as a good source for the community in a heart beat.
