black one with white top is an interesting idea...

anyone know color code for black top? Is it same as black nsx?

I believe it is the same Berlina Black.

I had a white with black top. I was going to paint it. I like them color matched as well, but I'm glad I left my top black. Especially after I went with the black and white theme. Black NSX-R replica spoiler, black rims, and black front lip.

vote for black, as it was a choice i had to make few times since i only wanted a gpw, but as close to stock as i could find,passed on a few with it painted white.....just my opinion though.

Mine is blue at the moment but will get the top and side mirrors painted berlina black once the new bumper arrive. Eventually the body will be painted Championship White to match the NSX-R.

White top if your car is stock or slightly modded.

Black top if you are modding it to be like a NSX-R or have some cf parts unpainted.

Black top - flows better with the "canopy" of the car.

White top - the A-pillars and C-pillars look discontinuous with the rest of the glass, which appears as dark. Since the pillars are thin, they have too much contrast and break up the "clean" look of an all dark "canopy.

White with the black top is still my favorite color, but for the body colored tops of the later year cars, I ended up going with Silverstone.

i wish we could take the paint off your car and put it on mine.... (stuff's expensive)

in any case, i am really not a fan of the black top on a non-black car. it makes it look like some sort of convertible (and not the good kind).... it looks less like an F430 spider and more like a sebring convertible (where the top part of the car is obviously a separate entity from the bottom.... creating a "boat" look). Either way, it think it appeals to as many people as it doesn't others.... so whatever you like.....

Yeah, go with what moves you! I'v had two '91's, B. black, and F. red, and it seems to me the red one looks smaller and lower. I attribute this to the black top, which divides the car up a bit, and shrinks it, which I like. If I could I'd have a 7/8's scale NSX, so for me, GO BlACK!

I just want to say that when i needed someone to check out some wheels for me from a non-nsxprime member Rusky was the one to step up to the plate and for that i am grateful. Thanks again Rusky, I purchased the wheels.
