Saturday 10th Drive?

Dear Friends,
After 2 years here I am leaving the bay area at the end of March and returning to Japan, I would love to go for one last blast on highway 1 this Saturday. The weather looks great according to sfgate.com. Ben is coming along and would be great if we could get a few more NSX's together for a drive and some lunch?

What say you ?

I am thinking to meet at 9 to 10am at Alice's, have a coffee and then head to route 1 for a drive and lunch somewhere?

Hi Kye,

You might want to consider starting out earlier than 9am. By that time bicyclists and motorbikes are all over the place. Lets get together say 7 am and be on the road by 7:30. The roads should be open at that time.

You can make it brunch instead.

I have several spare radio's so we can all stay in touch with one another on the road.

Great ! just got the visa / kitchen pass from the missus so we are all set! see you guys at Alice's at around 7 am .. hope that the coffee is strong there

I and a handful of other NSXers will be showing our cars at HIN on Saturday. But if the Sunday meet works out, I'm down for that.

i'm at a 50% chance of not going due to an unexpected work shift tonight and won't be able to do this 7:00am meet.

I route isn't finalized yet but I heard that a few old timers might be getting together in Milpitas (Macarroni Grill)for lunch. We may head that way after the drive to join them.

We will probably have a bite to eat and then leave Alice's around 8 am I guess. My phone number is 925-550-9379 give me a call and we can explain where we are so can meet later. I am not sure what the plan is for lunch, how about the Asian restaurant at half moon bay or there is a gas station along route 1 with a diner next to it that has loads of parking and pretty nice food ??

I'll be exhibiting my car on Saturday at HIN in San Mateo. Have a great/safe drive. Kye, I bet you can't get enough of the S/C.

Maybe you can do another one-last-blast before you leave for Japan.

I gotta come by here more often, sorry I missed the gathering, but I'm real glad I ran into you guys. (7 am is a bit nutty though!)

I went to HIN last night as well, and saw about 6 or 7 nsx's there, then on the way home today, I saw two more! Including today that makes over a dozen in less than 24hrs, too much damn eye candy, I'm on a sugar high.

Sure made my rx7 and porsche friend jealous

Hey Guys, What a great day, good company, some nice twisties. It was great trying to keep up with a supercharged NSX. Now that the weathers nice we definitely have to have drives like this more often. Oh yeah C, we all owe you $2.50
