Mechanic told me to check the nut/bolt that holds the hub in place. I'm going to check it when I get back home and update. thx
Grabbing the wheel at 12 & 6 o'clock there is noticable play... also play while grabbing the wheel at 3 & 9 o'clock. Basicly all position. I remove the wheel and grab the rotor and it has play in all positions. Everything behind the front assembly (tie rods, ball joints, ect) is tight.
I'm assuming its the wheel bearings... my question is do I need to replace the hub as well?
Thanks in advance.

No, You do not need to replace the entire hub.
