The deadline to get your paperwork in has been extended to October 28th. While we have surpassed the low attendance estimate that meets fiduciary responsibility for the event, we want even more people to participate in NSXPO.
The main impact of the extension is how many mementos to order. Fortunately, we are working with vendors that are flexible in this regard and we can easily amend the ordered quantities. However, people registering after the current deadline of October 23rd may not receive their memento at NSXPO.....it will be mailed to you if the vendors can’t produce the additional quantities in time.
The late registration fee of $75 will not go into effect until first thing in the morning on October 29th. There are a few outdated registration forms floating around out there, which show October 16th as the deadline. Folks that used this form and included in their payment the late registration fee, will have this amount refunded. If someone submits payment with a form that shows the deadline as October 23rd and includes the late registration fee, this portion will be refunded as long as the form is sent by October 28th.
No forms will be processed after November 1st because I will be away from my PC until after NSXPO.
