Interior cleaning

What do you guys use to clean the interior moldings? I have an ivory interior and was curious what I should use to treat the interior roof and pillars.

Leather and vinyl require totally different materials for their care. For example, Zymol Treat (http://www.zymol.com/treat2.htm), their leather conditioning product, contains collagens (a form of animal fat) which are found naturally in leather, to restore the soft and supple feel to the leather. Great stuff for the NSX seats. Vinyl and Treat are two great products for two different purposes.
