Whose NSX in today's star?

Today (March 5th) Toronto Star, Condo Living section, front page, shows a garage lift system being used in some condo on fredrick street in downtown Toronto. On the top is a black early-year NSX with the plates clearly visible. Is the owner on Prime, or anyone know whose it is?

That looks like Paul Carroll's car. He's a downtown condo guy who rarely drives his car.
