Default New Wheels need help with spacers/studs

I just got new 18/19 wheels that require a 5 mm spacer in the front. Do I also need to change out my studs to longer ARP studs? Where do I buy them at?
Also right now I have the spacer that one of those cheapers ones, I heard they are better spacers I can use but they cost like $100 can someone tell me which ones are those and where I can buy them. Sorry for my lack of knowledge in spacers and studs, its confusing me.
Also there is a black center ring I think they call it. Which is a big o rubber ring, whats that called and where can I buy it as well. When you put new wheels on these are the 3 things to add correct ?

Hi,

i've been through that but with OEM 02+ wheels...

i used Dali 5mm spacers all arround, and as i'm a bit against spacers, i was concearned about any kind of spacer.. i have to say that Dali ones are tight fit... they don't play arround a bit, just stay tight.

about the longer studs, i went with OEM ones... NSX OEM's are 40mm and i bought some Honda 46mm ones. I had to drive the car with the spacers BEFORE i could swap the studs and i have to say that there was really no need to install longer ones, the lug nuts had plenty of threads in, so they would be safe. I did go ahead with the swap because i already had them and some old ones had their thread completly messed up.

I will post all about it in a week or so in my Build thread.

I bought the H&R spacers. 15mm in front and 25mm in back. I have around 8thousand miles on them with no issues. Putting longer studs in the front is a must with the 15s but with 5 not so sure. I wouldn't think you would but that's a guess. Replacing the studs is easy but remember to line the studs up with the thinnest part of the bearing housing (not sure of the correct name but its the housing where the two wheel bearings are) and tap on them with a mallet. Once you get the spindle assembly off then it's pretty self explanatory. You do not need to completely remove the bearings and all that jazz.

I've been running 5mm's with stock studs for almost 3 years now.

What about the center rings that look like rubber o ring
did u guys use that with your new wheels?

I'm running a 5mm spacer on my stock studs. The general rule of thumb is that the thread depth should match the diameter of the stud. If it matches, than your all good to go.

I believe you're talking about a hubcentric ring. I've never seen a rubber one but i've seen plenty of plastic and aluminum ones. They are not necessary as long as your wheels are lug centric. Hubcentric are preferred ...
