Looking for moderators for Off Topic

Hal has asked to step back from moderating Off Topic so he can focus on some professional obligations.

Therefore I am soliciting for new moderators of the Off Topic section. Desired qualities:

Positively contributing member of the site for at least a year
Ability to "lead by example" and steer Off Topic in the desired direction with minimal moderator action (deleting posts, etc.)
OK with being accused of bias, singling people out, "censoring," and being generally unfair by whoever you moderate.. often by people on both sides of the same issue!
More patience than me for dealing with difficult personality types would be nice, but not required

I think ideally we should probably have two or three moderators for Off Topic. If you are interested, please reply to this thread or contact me privately via the "Contact" link on the top navigation bar.

Until we have new moderators in place, political and religious discussion will be essentially off limits again because I do not have the time to keep up with such threads.

Will work for free!!! Might as well make my time on Prime meaningful and beneficial to the entire community.

My bar would be anything goes as long as it doesn't pass the bar of 'insulting a member.'

Thanks to everyone who volunteered in this thread and via e-mail. From a lot of great offers I ended up picking a team consisting of: Oyagi, Jetpilot3, and RSO 34.

This decision was based on a number of things including their long-term tenure and reputations on the site, histories of making positive contributions, and the fact that I have met them all in person.
