Default Southeast Michigan car cruise

Hey NSXers,

A local M3 owner is organizing a car cruise through Southeast Michigan.
I found out about this cruise on the Subaru forums (NASIOC.com), I will be attending in my WRX and wanted to selfishly pass it on the NSX group because I'd love to cruise with some
I also passed it on to the Z guys on TwinTurbo.net, whom I know some of you have cruised with before.

Here's the original thread:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=295293

Quote:
Over the last week or so a few friends of mine have been organizing a long spirited drive through Michigan to see some of what our beautiful state has to offer. In an effort to make this a really great event we are trying to have a caravan of at least 20 people, the more the merrier. The details are as follows:

TSE Michigan is a driving event that covers around 90 miles of Michigan roads between Milford, Brighton, Pickney, Ann Arbor, and Livonia. We cover the route in a spirited fashion, stopping once for a short break and ending at a parks area to have some pizza, wings, chips, and soda.

Meeting up will begin at 9am and at 11am we start driving.

-Starting in W. Bloomfield
The large public parking lot in front of the Gamestop, near the rear of the Meijer Lot
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=42.548...,0.004128&z=19

-Ending at a picnic site in Livonia (Hines Road Parks)
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=42.343...,0.004128&z=19
There are other parking lots in the area that we have planned as backup just in case this one is full or closed on the day of the event.

-All makes/models welcome
-Please RSVP if you intend on attending
-Food will be funded by the whole group. If we have a decent sized group everyone can pitch $5-7 and we should be able to get a bunch of pizza, chicken, soda, etc.
-Feel free to PM me if you have any questions
Should be fun - the end of the season is near! Drive your NSX's while you can!

Get to work! Too funny since my friends Scubi before he sold it was simply out of control.

We will be there around 9:30'ish but it does not look like we will join the drive as we have other engagements that afternoon but looking forward to meeting some new folks and seeing some cool cars.

Sounds exciting... I wouldn't even want to mess with a stock NSX!

I read "Gamestop in West Bloomfield", woke up on Saturday morning and googled "Gamestop West Bloomfield", put the address into my GPS, and went there. Needless to say, it was not the right location in Walled Lake and I missed out on the event.
Anyway, I hope everyone had a good time, sounds like it was a good turnout! Hopefully there will be some more events like this where everyone doesn't just stand around. Sounds like Richard is looking into a track event.

^^^It was no biggie Ryan you did not miss much. Bunch of BMW and a few Subarus and 4 NSX's. We did not go on the drive instead Perry came over and we installed more STMPO parts on the Blue car. That was more fun.
