I'm starting to almost feel sorry for Nick. I certainly don't condone the business he's in & I most certainly do not condone his lying to pimp his sites. I think the whole gambling/referral/affiliate/spamming thing is done by bottom feeders & he’s getting responses based on his own actions, so you could say he’s getting what he deserves, but it has reached a point where it reminds me of old west towns tarring & feathering the snake oil salesman that visited their town.

I agree that his own stupidity is making things much worse for him. he should stop posting. Seriously.

The area where the pic of the NSX was taken looks like the back of many strip type business areas nearby. The pics of the NSX in a luxury driveway look like many of the gated communities in this area as well.

His new gray Honda Civic was in the driveway when I drove past his house earlier & his dogs, including the one pictured on his MySpace page were out front. I'm not sure what good this does anyone though. I have a friend who lives nearby & there are no less than 4 Beaufort County Deputies (Bluffton is in Beaufort County) who live within 8 - 10 houses of him. His "business address" is one street over from where I work.

Again, I'm not sure what good this info does anyone. Regarding the "pedophile" comments; while technically true, he was 24 at the time of his conviction, she 15. He wouldn't be the first to make that mistake & he certainly won't be the last. I'm not defending him, at best he clearly exercised very poor judgment with the 15 year old & I dislike the business he's in with a passion. I especially dislike the WAY he promotes his business. I think his best course of action would be to stop posting to ANY & ALL forums for a while & certainly never to use forums as a place to scam forum members into visiting his gambling sites.

All he had to do was fess-up ("Yeah, I was stupid, she looked much older and told me she was 18. I didn't find out until after we broke up and she told a friend, blah, blah, blah").

There are quite a few 16 ~ 17 y/o girls running around who look, act and are very mature for their age. Hell...if it wasn't illegal, I might knock the bottom out of a few of them. But...I ain't going to jail for no poon. There's too many "legal" specimens available for the spanking.

But...point is...Nick blew it with the way he handled this situation. He could have turned this whole thing around, but his over-inflated ego and obvious lack of education/smarts got the best of him.
