For me, nothing makes a those meetings go by quicker than drawing some NSX concepts... I know I can't be the only one afflicted with this disorder (especially after seeing all the renderings of '02 and '04 NSXs showing up in mags)! Anyone else have anything to share? (I've also been working on a 3D CG version in 3D Studio, but I'm not very far since I am just learning the program.) |

I have been known to scratch out a few of my own next-NSX designs from time to time, but haven't ever considered sharing them. I also have thought about modifying my 3D Studio MAX model to reflect how I'd like to see the NSX's design evolve. I have even sketched a Back-to-the-Future style time-travelling NSX and considered making a 3D model of it as well.
Maybe I will scan one of those images one of these days...after all, I do have a "My NSX Art" section on my website ------------------ --akira3D '00 Acura NSX-T (red/black), '97 Honda Civic HX (black), '01 Lexus IS300 (black/black) "Reality is better than the dream..." akira3d.com/nsx

Ojas --
Nice! I'm rather fond of the tail lens design on the sketch on the bottom. Nice! -- Chris ------------------ www.ScienceofSpeed.com - Click for more info www.NSXClassifieds.com - The internet's only exclusive NSX Classified site!

I love your depiction of the exposed headlights. WAY WAY WAY better than the rounded out RSX type that the mags have been using. Your drawing of the headlights keeps to the current design but actually makes it more aggresive looking. VERY nice.

WOW! I missed the headlights! Those are GREAT. I agree, MUCH better than the RSX-esque lights I have seen thus far.
