I'd prefer a statute mandating execution for any government official that blatantly shits on the constitution.
That reminds me of, "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers".
Any government official can be sent to trial for treason at any time for violating the oath of office or the terms sent forth in the constitution.
If proven guilty, felony charges, prison time, and banned from office for life.
Also I want t law that all government officials get no pay. Their paycheck is from specific donations from their constituents. If they are doing a poor job, they don't get paid.

Much like most Europeans do. They buy with savings and don't rely on credit nearly as much as we do.

Politicians and athletes shouldn't get paid like they do now. They need a standard little salary and then bonuses based on individual performance. Take money away from them every time they screw up.

If you wish to receive welfare, you must first get a certificate from the doctor proving you've had a birth control shot. Not sure how this would work for men, but as long as we're being hypothetical that's my law.
In order to vote you must pass a test proving basic comprehension of the tenets upon which this country was founded and the principles under which it should be governed according to the constitution.

Same way that some states allow first cousins to marry. You both have to prove that you cannot reproduce.
