Well guys, I'm already making plans fr my 97 MCB NSX. I'm gonna go with the Stacey (DF) Sideskirts, and 02 rear bumper and valence. Not sure what I want for the front, so here's where you guys come in. Post your front bumper/lips to help me decide what route to go :). Thanks guys!

Here are all my steps, believe or not, I like better the stock side skirts (keep the lean body lines exotic) over aftermarket.

Blue Batmobil if you want to model your pre 02 after anyone, I would model it after Oscar's. His is perfect.

I just switched from the WW to the shine type 1. I liked the WW, but it looked to added on/aftermarket, especially on the sides. The shine 1 has a much cleaner look to it. No pics yet, sorry. I'll try to get some if the wx ever cooperates.

Shine GT-Spec

Im actually looking for a WW lip. I have never see the WW lip matched with the 02 sides, and rear. I may try it.

GT-One N1 aka Shine. I like how it lines up nicely with the Stacys.

Are you using oem 02 rear or aftermarket? Also, is that the Wings West Lip?

OEM rear lower valance, I got from Tim, yes, that is WW front lip, with blacked out -used vinyl- center bumper piece and a custom made mesh -Home Depot- and red side markers, I used to have the Blodi covers for the corner lights but not anymore, I like them though.

I have the WW lip and i wouldnt trade it for anything. I like it because it makes the car look aggressive with preserved sports car looks and not like a stray race car. I also blacked out the centre bar for a more up to date look.

I have the same lip, like it a lot. I did the full WW kit. So other than wheels believe my car looks like Racing Hearts. Do love his rims ALOT!

Anyway these places have it.

You could check ebay, occasionally they are up there too.

+1 on stock side skirts

That being said i think you should just leave it the way it is, just add a nice drop and wheels. I believe that's all the NSX needs.

DF side skirts and oem rear valence

I vote for oem bumper and front lip as well

I got this lip from e-bay long time ago and I do not know what it is. The back lower bumper is 02 and up from SOS.

I have the WW lip too and love it. Just wanted to comment that out of all the aftermarket front lips I've seen, I think the bottom of the WW lip sits the highest which can be a good thing and still arrive at a better look. Although it has such a forward angle and is aggressive, the way that it mounts it ends up being about the same distance from the ground as the bottom of the OEM lip. It's an illusion that it looks so long and low since half of it is actually above the oem bolt points. Most aftermarket lips bolt at and sit below OEM bolt points whereas the WW lip rests on the midsection of the lower bumper and is fastened to the front of the wheel wells.

Just something for anyone to consider if in your area (steep driveway, roads, etc.) you've already noticed that you're often scraping your oem lip a lot and want to keep your new lip intact a little longer.

Much apprecated ;). I had a Wings West Bodykit on my Celica back in the day. I loved it! Wings West actually did the paint and install for me. Are they still in business? I heard they got bought out by another co years ago.

Yes they are still in business. I think they did get bought out some years ago, so maybe the new company maintained the brand line. Either way check here:

That's pretty sweet. I'm not loving the front plate, why mess with the perfect lines with a big flat white thing across the car but other than that.... Nice job!

Thanks mate! :)

No problem, your pop up lights is the only one that can give a 02 + a run for their money........ I love oyagi's, and striker's black cars too ;)
