eBay Auction: Revell 1:24 NSX Kit, with paints & brushes

I owned a '92 NSX for several years, and just found this model kit I never got around to building. I posted it on ebay, and then thought it might be good for NSX Prime. (I haven't been here in ages, I miss the forum!) Anyways, here's the auction to watch...

1992 Red/Black, excellent condition, TONS of pics

I just got back from the monthly Northern California NSX club meeting in Milpitas, and have also received several emails from NSX owners from the forum. They have advised me that my original asking price of $34,500 was a bit on the high side, and that a more fair market price is around $32,000...

1992 Red/Black, excellent condition, TONS of pics

1992 Red/Black, excellent condition, TONS of pics (Lowered Price!) 1992 Acura NSX, with TONS of pics & website I'm selling my 1992 Acura NSX. Its a great car, and in excellent condition, having just done the FULL 60k timing belt/water pump/60k service. It has about 62k miles on it, I'm...

Cool V1 Remote Display Location (From the M5 site)

I've got the InV1Si installed on my NSX Hey-- I've got an InV1Si installed in my NSX, with the V1 mounted on a rear shelf between the two seats under a fake third brake-light looking box. Its great to have a clear windshield and no cables milling around! All in all, its a great little trick...

Anybody have an Alpine CHA-S630 Changer?

You can swap pins in the connector rather than buy an adaptor cable I installed a CHM-S601 after my OEM Acura changer died. Its been fine. (this was ~4-5 years ago, too). Anyways, you can save a few bucks by prying open the connector and swapping around two pins. The Honda/Acura changers...

    Upgrading speakers, what to get??

I used to do a LOT of car audio.... I think Dali sells some custom-NSX speaker mounting brackets, and they're gonna make speaker installation VERY nice. That being said, please do one thing: Go listen to lots of speakers. There is no review, no consensus, or anything else that can make up for...

    Short people driving the nsx....

My 5' girlfriend seems to not have any problem driving it quite fast, er, I mean quite well. But, you're right, there's a LOT of cars she simply can't drive, because they don't fit her. It kinda sucks, actually. Find a local owner and take an NSX out on a test drive. I'm sure most of us...

Business Trip To San Francisco/Foster City

There's also the places in the BridgePoint shopping center in Foster City. (walking distance from the hotel--sorry!). There's Scores sports bar, Red Robin, Cucina, Mimi's, and my favorite of all...ARMADILLO WILLY'S!!! (yeah, it's cheap BBQ, but it rocks!) And, there's a HUGE parking lot that...

How many are driving around with tired speaker (amps)?!

That makes no sense whatsoever. Especially in an NSX. The factory sub is horrible beyond words. There are no rear speakers, you don't need a 5 channel amp. Kickers aren't known to be the best separates (not bad, just that many people prefer others....) Keep shopping for an installer.... --Ed

    WHAT CAR COVER?

I haven't washed either of my covers recently. (one is wrapped up, the other just isn't being used). But, when I did, I always went down the local laundromat and used one of the mongo-big-industrial sized machines. Ed

    WHAT CAR COVER?

This is really great advice. I have an older custom cover on my '91 Civic Si, and it fits LIKE A GLOVE! The fabric is fine (Evolution 3?). I also have the factory cover for my NSX, and, of course, it fits like a glove, too. Honestly, I'd have to say the Civic cover is probably a little...

Questions about Alpine 620 CD Changer

Or, as I did, you just need to break open the connector and swap the two pins that need to be swapped. The adaptor is just a cross-over cable for these pins. And easy way to save $20, an extra cable, and even a trip to the local audio store.... ed

    Pet names for the NSX???

We love understatement, and refer to it as "The Red Car". It's convenient when you're around folks that you don't want to mention it.... ed
