Got my JB4 off and got the KTuner installed (post update). Had absolutely 0 issues with the tune flashing. After the learning drive, its an animal. The grunt that exists now below 4k is so much fun. So excited for what might come next.

Wow...that is pretty scathing. I am sure SOS has a reasonable explanation on the time issue. I am sorry you had this experience, but know that SOS is a pretty hard to beat source in the NSX community. They typically go above and beyond.

I am going to ask a friend of mine in the biz to see if his company would be interested in making replacement pieces. This just seems silly for the cost involved.
