I did 2 years in Charlotte ('01-'03), and I would say charlotte depends on your situation. Through my eyes, I is a great city if you have kids, or plan on having them relatively soon...it's a good family city. If you're single, you may struggle a little socially if you're a minority looking...

I should have been more specific when posting the VIN. That was just an FYI. I checked the FAQ this morning and saw that based on the VIN, the car is out of the range, but I am going to check the number on the transmission per the FAQ to be sure. Thanks for checking that out.
