No it does not take off paint. They do it from the inside of the panel. PDR is a benefit that is why they call it PDR(Paintless Dent Repair).

A chassis dyno reads only rear wheel horsepower. An engine dyno records flywheel horsepower. So this is rear wheel horsepower. All cars respond differently to mods so maybe he is just lucky!!

I would hit him a few under that and see what he says. His loss is your gain. I would say get him around $26,000 for the car than thats a deal. You have to admit aftermarket parts are nice but they do not add much value. The car looks pretty good in the picture. By the way the Prodrive...
