I have NSX spec'd LMs. Fronts are 17x7.5 with 38 offset, rears are 18x9 with a 42 offset.
You can search the Japan auction sites if you really need to get a replacement.
Years ago one guy went on a quest to find the 928 from Risky Business. He eventually got the info by contacting the producer.

No concerns over durability. I did my research on porcelain and it will outlast me. I was going to do the epoxy metallic but IMO tile looks much better. Also, in doing research, the epoxy metallics (vs the flakes) will show scratches.

These are porcelain tiles that will outlive me (not exaggerating). They have a PEI rating of 5 (highest heavy duty rating). Each tile weighs a staggering 8 lbs. You can drop anything on it and it will very difficult for it to crack.
