Bumping an old thread. Does anyone have detailed instructions on the wiring for the backup camera to the reverse lights? Sounds like I tap the wire from the backup camera to the green/black wire? Can anyone confirm this? TIA

It is secure. I'm confident it's not moving. You can always bend it more in various ways to secure it.

I ended up getting these on Amazon. Was able to bend one of them to shape and fit. The bulb is secure! Cheap and effective solution!

I upgraded to LEDs and broke the clip trying to get it on!

Anyone have one of these clips or know where I can get this clip? I broke one when installing new (edit) LED bulbs. I think a plastic version can be 3D printed to fit around an LED bulb but not sure how to do that.

If you have trouble with the harness clips, check that the silver ring clip is down and out of the way. You may need to push it down. That happened to me on 2/4 LEDs.

SUCCESS!!! I was able to get THESE installed with the OEM dust caps! The main challenge was getting the silver ring clip over them because the LEDs are larger than the stock bulbs. The clips will go over them but it requires bending the clip with some pliers and a good amount of force I...

Got them the other day. Tried installing them today. Great instructions by the way @Wild Turkey . Bottom line is they don’t fit for 2 reasons. First, the angle of the connector makes it stick too far out so you can’t get the dust cap over it. Second, the OEM clip can’t fit over it so it is not...
