This is correct. @austrian type-R Perhaps it's different where you are, but NA2 exhausts and headers vary by year in the US as @Zoom states. 97-99 and 2000-2005 headers and exhausts are not compatible with each other; the rear 00-05 header is 20mm shorter (the 2000+ rear cat is 20mm longer).

Those offsets are mismatched. 18x8 +35 is aggressive for the front and will rub without camber. 19x9.5 +35 will be inset about .5 inch from the fender. You would want a more conservative offset in front to match the rear, say +40.

Should consider just going with the 97+ lip. I haven't seen one of these for sale in a really long time.
