348 isn't that great. A 355 is a nice car. Not as well designed as the NSX but better looking (in my opinion) and sounds better. You can't get past the "cool" factor either. Any Ferrari prior to the 355 is just for people who just want to drive the name....

The 355 should be a little faster than an NSX. The 348 should be a little slower.

Mine is driven daily. I'm at 160K. No issues but hoses and clutch before 120K. At about 150K I had to replace CV, starter and ABS died.

If track perferformance is more important than street, then Z06. It will beat all those other cars and still get you home. I'm facing the same decission in 2009. I just don't have the GT-3 on the list. It will come down to the 2002 NSX and Z06.
