Why did they switch from manufacturing from Tochigi to Suzuka plants for the 2005 model? It doesn't seem practical they would move manufacturing for just one model year. Is one any better than the other? Mark

I do not run front palce on any of my summer cars and I live in MN and the law is you need a front plate, never been stopped. I would take the car back and ask for a new one. Hopefully your 645 is a 6 speed manual.
