I'd be interested in a TTX solution but probably not looking to upgrade for another year or so. Will definitely keep an eye out for new products from you guys!
Agreed with Chris. People tout perfect fitment wtih the ABEs, but I've found the OEM receivers don't fit perfectly, at least not on the RFY rails. Obviously much better than the FIA version, but still far from perfect.
It was installed by Driving Ambition in December 2013 when the car had 18xxx miles and as of this week, the car has 26155 miles. It was just shipped to SOS and will not be getting any additional miles, so I'd say ~10 years & 8K miles.
Hi All,
Going a different direction with my car and have decided to post my CTSC for sale. This is one of the later revision Lysholm 1600AX units in perfect condition. Selling as a complete turn-key solution (complete with the signal modifier) to be used with the OEM ECU. This is the only...
@RYU - selling the T? I finally picked up my R1T two weeks ago and I'd agree with your comments re: driving dynamics. The "magic" didn't really shine through when I test drove an R1T but hoping your experience will be better!
I picked up a set of headers from @foundry3 not too long ago. I haven't had a chance to install them yet but as with all of Chris's work, they're beautiful.
They definitely look different than my CT headers due to shorter primaries. Reading this thread makes me want to pull out my OEM...
I'm supposed to get my R1T soon. My build has been confirmed for over a month and my estimate was originally in Dec 2022 but it's been mostly radio silence the past few weeks. My guide told me it was in production and I'd get to the next step as soon as it was complete. I'm stoked about it...
Wow. This is absolutely amazing to see. I'd hesitate to think I could even attempt to replicate something like this, but where would I even start? I know very little about ECU tuning, but do have an extra OEM ECU sitting around :)
OS Giken 4.4 LSD for Honda/Acura NSX 6MT only. I purchased this a few years ago from titaniumdave and it's still sealed in the box. To my knowledge, these are not readily stocked. Skip the wait and buy this instead! Selling because I've decided to go a different direction with the car...
Nice!!! I've been watching the pricing for this for awhile and it seems both RHDJapan and Nengun change prices often. Shipping has been pretty high, but it seems like $3400 is the current "good" price for these. Still trying to decide if I want to bite the bullet...some updated sound clips...
this is definitely sad to hear, but completely understandable. I suspect this will be (literally) one of those many unobtainable parts that people will regret not signing up for in the future. Have you considered socializing this on the NSX FB groups? Those are extremely active and you may...
I believe SOS also sells a flex fuel kit with a sensor that communicates ethanol levels to your EMS. A good tuner should be able to set the car up to compensate for varying levels of ethanol. This ends up ideal since you can choose to run regular unleaded or E85 depending on what's available...
This sounds interesting...the slower rack on the NSX has always been one of the most unique parts of the driving experience, but admittedly not my favorite. My car is equipped with EPS. Are the racks significantly different?
I feel your pain. Ironically, I’ve got the last iteration of an autorotor CTSC in my car now and have been toying with the idea of selling my CTSC setup and going back to stock + 4.4 gearing or going full send with an SOS or ASM turbo. I’m not particularly enthusiastic about the emissions...
Out of curiosity, what do you suggest people do if they ever want to revert back to the stock cluster? Is there any way to roll forward the stock cluster to ensure reflects the accurate mileage? Also, any ETA on the 00+ Kit?
