I'm no expert on car prices, but even with the new Porsche GT3 release, it doesn't seem like it affected the 997 GT3 prices that much. In fact, the prices for the 997 appear to be going up.
That said, even with new P-cars coming out, the old classic 911's are still skyrocketing in prices.
I...
Thanks for chiming in! I agree with your points, and in addition, the NSX resale value is another reason I made the decision that I did. I figured with the release of the C7Z, it would make the leap into a C6Z all that much easier with the prices slowly going down on Vettes. I do have a desire...
Couldn't the car just be brought to a state referee and disputed? It's a pain, but once it's passed by the state referee, you should be good for a while... until one of your catalytic converters die or something.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I wouldn't go as far to say a CR handles "far better" than a standard AP2. Slightly stiffer springs, sway bars, and RE070 tires make a difference, but it wasn't a world of a difference from my "base" AP2. Most of the advantage probably comes from the RE070 tires and weight savings (removed soft...

Hello, I would like to check in to join in on a dent removal day for my Civic. I'm not sure if the dent on my Quarter Panel can be fixed, but it's worth a try before taking it to a body shop.
Thanks.
This video helped reinforce my thoughts exactly on why I decided to purchase my NSX. I've been juggling the idea of trying out another car lately (namely the C6 Z06), but I have come to realize that there really is no replacement for the NSX. There may be "faster" and "better" cars out there...
Hello,
I am looking to purchase a set of 2002 to 2005 OEM wheels. I am looking for a set that is in great condition and that has never been refinished / repaired. I am looking to spend about $2450 for a set without curb rash or any issues and will adjust the price accordingly.
Thank you.
However, those "tip top" shape NSX's are few and far in between these cars are fetching quite the premium. NSX's with that low mileage are a rare find. I'm sure there are people making offers on it already well above the above $45k. You've all seen NSXs with deferred maintenance and higher...
Doesn't black fetch a higher premium? I have a feeling it would sell for $50k+, maybe even $55k .. Especially in the Bay Area where most residents have a bit of expendable income.
The NSX is a collectible car as it is already, but the Zanardi is just THAT much more collectible. The performance is great, but the upgrades in performance isn't what drives up the market price. It's the idea that you own one of the most collectible cars in the market.
The people who often...
Hi Everyone,
Sorry it took me so long to respond to this thread. After purchasing the car, it basically got parked into the garage never to be seen again for a few months while I was at work and travelling.
I recall making one of my most painful flights over to Florida in January via an...
Do you have a budget? The '97 to '01 cars are tough to find and the prices fluctuate more. A few years ago, the magical number used to be around $45,000, but I hardly think that is the case anymore as NSX prices have gone up significantly.
If you add aftermarket parts onto a car, your market for selling the car will become smaller. That's because you would have to find a buyer who would be willing to buy a car with the same modifications as yours vs a car that is all stock which is more appealing to more buyers.
When I purchased...
I believe Tesla follows this model as well. This sales model is far better than the normal dealership sales model where you constantly feel pressured by the salesmen. Instead, the Tesla dealerships try to educate the consumer on the product instead of trying to make a quick sale.
I just dropped off my car at Jim's @ Cologne Auto Body. People were not kidding when they said he was very meticulous. He has noticed every little thing about my car and is definitely VERY knowledgeable about the NSX. This is definitely where I will be taking my NSX to whenever I need...
It's tough to find a "fair price" on cars like the S2000 and NSX because the prices often fluctuate and the demand often exceeds supply. When I sold my S2000 a while back, I sold it based on what other S2000s were going for in my area with similar mileage / condition. A car is only worth what...
I'm going to recommend you go with the S2000 route. The S2000 is definitely a car you have to experience for yourself. I've been through two S2000's before finally picking up my NSX and I still often feel withdrawals from the S2000 experience.
Car loans are never fun. If you can buy a car...
I believe Shine is still very active in the S2000 community. I am sure they are still doing well, but they have slower turn around times for the lower inventory items.
I had good experience with Intercity Lines. I was originally skeptical because their price was very reasonable compared to the competition, but then I read a lot of the reviews on NSXPrime and they were all very positive.
It came down to three companies for me: Exotic Car Transport, Intercity...
