If the light powers up just fine after testing you'll need to repair the break in the harness near where it mounts to the trunks struts. I have seen them crack there from the trunk opening and closing. Let us know what you find. You can also test it further down the line if you remove the rear...
You can find the same kit with no label on amazon. The jdi kit uses cheap electronics from china with their own specific harnesses per application. I have heard of failures that the company has sent replacement kits out for so it's definitely not as reliable as the oem stuff.
Please post a more pictures of your lip so we can identify it. It might have been repaired previously and texture was applied to hide the repair. You cannot repair the oem lip without damaging the oem texture so what they did might have been the only option.
Post pictures here while the work is in progress and Honcho,Old guy and a few others are always here to help.I almost forgot but get some binder clips to help hold the timing belt after looping them around the camgears and make sure to replace the timing belt tensioner and spring. That spring...
If you have an ac pump already you can use some fittings and a section of hose to connect it.You should be fine pulling to 28inches of mercury vacuum and turning the pump off at that point. That's about what venturi ones pull down to.
You dont attach it to the cooling system you attach it where the venturi tee would be. The ac vacuum pump inlet attach where the venturi tee would have been. They dont have any pictures because none exist for automotive purposes that I have seen. It may exist for industrial applications...
Its pretty much the same kit as above but utilizes a vacuum pump ( the same ones used for ac systems ) to draw a vacuum instead of using a venturi and air compressor to create the vacuum.
It works but you will never pull enough vacuum to get 100% of the air out. You'll still need to do the factory bleed nipple procedure then idle until the thermostat opens to fully purge out all air. After that it still may take an short drive and cool down and topping of coolant again to...
You will need mirrors and maybe an inspection endoscope to view the timing marks especially the rear bank timing marks . You can remark the timing marks on the camgears and the timing hash line on the inner timing cover with a color paint marker to help you see because after putting the cams...
I can't see what the top looks like but you should be able to use an extra long 02 sensor socket .Use a map gas torch and heat up the 02 and it will break loose easily.

Just heat with a hair dryer for a minute and grab and wrap a hand towel and pull. It will pop right off and the towel will keep the ball from being lost. Use the the hairdryer for install before pressing it back in.
Its last 6years or 70k miles which ever comes first and it starts on the date of purchase.Buy extended powertrain warranty from Acura if your close to it expiring. The engine is a reliable but its expensive if anything were to go wrong. A new engine longblock from a dealer is bit over 100k...
I remember those prelude guys with the h22 frm sleeves using pistons made by mahle . The problem is that the frm material was harder than most pistons . The factory manual does have a procedure to hone frm sleeve for the h22 but boring is out of the question as the frm thickness varies and...
