I experience resistence when shifting into first when the car is in neutral and is coasting at around 5 mph. Is this normal? Does the transmission have a lock-out feature to prevent the driver from shifting into 1st when the car is moving at a certain speed? Any comments appreciated. Thanks!

One of my bulbs in the front turn signal light fixture has burnt out. I flipped through the manual and it shows how to remove the fixture and replace the bulb. Has anyone tried this? The location of the phillip head screw to remove the fixture is impossible!!! Or am I missing something here...
