Just in case, check that you did not accidently hit the main power switch next to the drivers window switches. You might have accidently turned it off. Again - just in case. Drew
Just wanted to report back. After dousing it with WD-40 and blowing compressed air through a couple of cycles its working fine - at least for now.
Thanks for all your somments. Drew
Ok - the nubby thing to the side of the cam is seperate. That is what I cannot see.
I cannot remember if the courtesy door light was on or off when I looked previously. But with the light on andswitch in the closed position I should be able to see the nubby thing.
Sounds like I better get...
Trying to access the switch that activates the driver door and under dash courtesy light. I understand the switch is part of the door lock mechanism in the driver door. One of the searches I found said there was a visible piece of metal (I assume small prong - paperclip like) that is...

Guys - need a little help. My LF brake hose has a pin hole leak. Iv'e looked in several on-line parts catalogs under break lines and can see the part but it is not listed. Starts at part "7" and I need something like a "2".
Any help?
Thanks,
Dew
Having thought this over a little more a couple additional thoughts. I think the most bothersome thing, like a prior poster noted, may be the exhust note and the weight. I have a mild after market exhaust on my NSX and love the sound. I think if you want the performance of the turbos you just...
I have owned a 91 NSX for 20 years and drive it every day 5 miles to work and 5 miles back; love it. I was really looking forward to the new NSX but the reports are not as good as I hoped. But it can be driven every day. So do you buy a 911 Carrera S for $50K less to tool around town in or do...
Clutch Master and Slave
Check your clutch master cylinder in front and slave cylinder in rear. Just a guess, but sounds like one or the other needs to be replaced.
Do you see any fluid?
Good luck,
Drew Altemara
I have 122K miles on the car, have changed timing belts and clutch twice (though did not really need the clutch) and drive it back and forth to work every day. Its pretty original and I take good care of it and it takes good care of me. Its just a lot of fun to drive every day and is fairly...
Thanks guys.
Think I get it.
All this is done from inside the car removing the trim you mentioned?
I'll have to look in the service manual again as I did not find the directions.
Thanks,
Drew
I need to replace the exterior black plastic B Pillar or garnish, as Acura calls it, behind the drivers widow. The manual says its accessible from the rear hatch. That just does not seem right. Looks like to me its accessed by removing the small interior piece just behind your left ear when...
Does anyone have one in good shape from a parted out car. The sun has ruined mine.

NSX Prices
Hope I have this in the right section. I've watched the top end Ferraris pull up the bottom end. Is this going on with the NSX as well. I have a 91 that I would have valued at $20K a year ago. From the adds (and I know that is not a sale) are they approaching $30K.
Just curious...
Thanks guys.
One last question. I assume you do not have to remove the inner metal door skin and that is enough room to snake it through the "hole" by the window track.
Right?
Thanks,
Drew
Thanks Shawn - that's the spot on advice I was seeking - thanks,
Drew

Got stuck on one procedure.
How do you remove the outside door handle rod that connects to the locking mechanism.
Thanks,
Drew
Need to remove to see if I can get the door latch switch that signals door open or closed out.
Can this be removed with out removing window tract? Looks tight.
Thanks,
Drew
My outer rim of my stock steering wheel is getting pretty bad. You can find pretty good used ones on ebay, etc but general they have been in a wreck and the air bag has deployed. Should be relatively simple to transplant my air bag into a better used wheel. Any issues with this approach...
Where will they be produced? Hopefullly at a facility that can ramp up production. Hope they make a bunch. I think a lot of people will get in line and that the first year production may go over list. Hence my original quesion.
