This happened to me. There was no grease at all and the motor couldnt push it any more and it just got stuck. Then a few months later the regulator went out but i got it repaired by http://www.regulatorusa.com and he did a fast job which is mirror guard same as posted above.But now my drivers...

I go to put down my windows and nothing happens. I check all the fuses and switch the relay under the front hood and they are all good.Are there any other fuses or relays besides under the front hood?? I just had both regulators rebuilt and put in maybe 5 months ago..When i had the regulators...

Malibu Rapper had the window fix it thingies and is giving them to me at no charge and hes even lending me the tool to make it easier to put them in .Only on NSX PRIME!!!!Thanks for the responses but i still do need the door handle.Thanks again to MALIBU RAPPER AND NSX PRIME.
