A remarkably pristine and completely original 1997 Acura NSX with just 19,500 miles! This is a 2-owner, Florida-based, collector quality car that has always been garage kept and covered. The vehicle has never been driven in the rain and it's never seen snow! Cosmetically and mechanically, the car is absolutely perfect. It has never been raced or modified. It comes with the original factory keys, two sets of floor mats, a nose bra, 6 spare oil filters, etc. It even comes with a pair of matching die cast cars, a 1/8 scale highly detailed plastic model (kit) and the original NSX presentation book. All of these items have been discontinued and are fast becoming collectable.
I have owned the car for the past 10 years. Because the car is rarely driven, I have not replaced the timing belt or water pump. I'm leaving this up to the future owner to choose who does the work and when to have the service performed. At 12,000 miles, the timing belt cover was removed and the belt was inspected. I have photos of the inspection. The belt still appears new. I've been told by two NSX mechanics to leave the belt alone if the car isn't being put on the track.
The NSX came with many upgrades in the 1997 model year, including a 20 horsepower bump to 290hp, a new 6-speed transmission and a removable Targa top. There were additional refinements in '97 as well. I never intended to sell this car, but life is taking me in another direction. If you are looking for an absolutely perfect NSX-T, this has to be one of the nicest, if not the best car on the market today.
