I bought this, my dream car, just a few months back. Its causing issues with my wife so I'm thinking about selling her (the car, not the wife... but I'll take offers on both).
I bought the car in Kansas City, MO back in May with about 73k on it. The previous owner was in his 60s and had kept the car garaged and in excellent condition. The car was 100% stock when I bought it. ALL of the records from day one are in my possession (a 2" folder with a lot of paperwork). Car has a clean CarFax, never involved in an accident, just passed Texas emission test. This car needs NO work. Any of the NSX "faults" have already been sorted out. Here is some general info:
Timing belt/WP already changed within last few years (have paperwork)
Clutch changed within last few years (have paperwork)
Bose sub amp replaced in May
Brake master changed in July(flushed with Motul 600)
NOT in snap ring range
regulators both work fine
hatch struts all work fine
brakes in perfect working order
tires all have less than 2,000 miles on them (dunlop direza dz101)
oil changed with Mobil1 10/30
valve cover gaskets, spark plug seals, vtec solenoid and cam seals/gaskets all replaced in August
main relay replaced in August
car currently requires ZERO maintenance, no leaks or squeaks, burns NO oil
I paid for a PPI just 4 months ago which I'll pass on to you, but your welcome to have your own PPI done. The paint is in great shape with no signs of fading. There are a few spots where the old guy before me used a paint touch up pen to fix some minor dings, but other than that the paint is pretty much perfect.
interior is in AMZING condition. the driver seat bolster has the normal wear, but otherwise looks like a new car inside (same for the engine bay).

I'm asking $28k obo. I searched ALL over the country for a clean, virgin NSX with no stories. I paid $25k for the car and have put about $7-9k in to it. I have some of the original parts if you wanted to revert it back to stock condition. I don't think there is a better deal on a clean NSX out there right now. I think most of the mods are things that MOST NSX owners would want (navigation, bluetooth, updated wheels, HID headlights, etc). Also, to the best of my knowledge, this NSX has never been launched over about 2,500rpm (compare the tread left on the tires to their age, never burnt out before). I was considering tracking it, but never got a chance to. Otherwise, I've been so protective over my car that asides from some high speeds on the freeway and occasional red lines, it has been pampered. This engine/tranny are SMOOTH!!!
