For giu3000's benefit---there used to be a Wiki page on how to do the re-initialization procedure. I think the Wiki pages are still down. Any other place that has this information?

You did not specify the year of the NSX that you are working on. Initialization only applies to the dual plate clutch on the early NSX. It is not a requirement for the later single plate clutch with dual mass flywheel.

Many tks guys, car is working great. I can not believe that I pulled out the box 3 times because of it...
living to learn, I spent 15 years working with cars and I never listened to anything similar.
