Does anyone have a wire diagram plug for headlight relay behind the driver seat?

Do you mean the headlight retractor control module?
The Headlight Relay is not behind the driver's seat. It is in the front under hood fuse box.
The retractable headlight control unit which is an electronic module is the one that is on the rear bulkhead on the driver's side. There are also left and right Headlight Retractor Relays and Left and Right Headlight Retractor Control Relays which depending on the year may be on the right side of the front compartment or in Relay Box A respectively.
Assuming it is the control unit you are looking at, the 1991 service manual has a pin out and wire function table starting on page 23-174. You can get a copy of the 1991 service manual from the Prime Library.
