The 2 carbon discs need replacement but this clutch has freshly replaced pilot and throw out bearings, and has the strong forged chromoly (not aluminum) lightweight flywheel! Also has the trademark lightweight anodized forged aluminum purple cover. At 16 lbs including this is the lightest clutch kit available. To put that in perspective the oem flywheel alone weighs double.

You could rebuild this with new discs and save good money or use it for parts. I didn't want my car to be down waiting for parts so I replaced it with another twin disc Exedy.
